IFAB announces plans to review offside laws, trial concussion subs

Football's rule-making body IFAB has announced plans to review the offside law and trial additional substitutions for concussion cases. IFAB, the International Football Association Board, who announced plans to review offside in order to "foster the spirit of attacking play" also approved clarifications to the existing laws to "differentiate more clearly" between the arm and shoulder.
